Three Pigs & Billy Goats Gruff
January 9th thru 13th



Activities:
-Read aloud, The Three Little Pigs, students will create their own pig using straw, sticks, & bricks.
-Read aloud, My Lucky Day & The 3 Little Dassies, students will create a story board and dramatize the story.
-Read aloud, The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig, students will create a class fairy tale.
-Read aloud, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, students will create and write about their own troll.
Read aloud, The Three Silly Girls Grubb, students will write and illustrate “How they helped the Troll give up his mean ways”
Journal All Week!
-Sight Words: had and live
(Please practice writing, spelling, and creating sentences using these words with your child.)
-Please practice writing in the journals I sent daily!
(Creating stories)


Math:
-Activites involving fractions, sorting, sequencing, graphing, money, and temperature.
